Kindred of Memphis,

As you may know, we have had a bit of trouble on the riverfront lately. I have dispatched patrols, but thus far have turned up very little. I will be sharing any new information I receive with you all, in order to protect every member of my court. As of this moment, one of the bodies is currently in the care of Morningstar Enterprises. I would request that whomever has had it placed there, to please release it into my care, so that I may examine it for any supernatural evidence that may be left behind. At this time, I must warn all Kindred that we may be dealing with more than just a serial killer. We may be dealing with darker powers set loose upon us. I have reason to believe that a Tremere antitribu is stalking the downtown area, attempting to lure me out. I have every intention of bringing this fight to him.

As such, I am calling in the Task Force. It's time to earn your fearsomeness, boys and girls. The first patrol is tonight.((I hope your duty roster is completed St. Francis.))

I am also calling into my service a few individuals whom I believe can help me with my investigation. I need Dude, of the tentative Clans Gangrel or Brujah (whichever you have chosen to be). I also need Evelyn of Clan Ventrue. If the two of you could meet me at the Elysium house sometime in this next week, it would be wonderful.
