Background Summary: She was born in Atlas Park to two human parents, Belinda and Jake Hart. It was obvious at a very young age that she had special abilities. She would set things on fire when she'd get angry and make it storm when she was sad. At the age of 10 she began training with G.I.F.T. to learn how to control her emotions and abilities.

She never wanted to be a hero, only to live a normal life and have a family one day. Her parents were so excited they had a "hero" for a child she couldn't help but feel the pressure to do as her grandparents did and become a hero as they were. Instead she took the lessons she learned at G.I.F.T and used them to her advantage. She figured if she could master their control techniques, she'd never have to actually use her powers.

As time went on and she got older, she began living the life she wanted. She was a popular cheerleader in highschool then went on to graduate SCU with a double major in fashion design and marketing. G.I.F.T. monitored her throughout the years and from time to time would ask her to do confidential missions for them. Feeling obligated she always did what they asked but now it's become a regular part of her life. Each day is a struggle to balance the life she wants to live and the life she feels was forced upon her.

Personality Summary: Confident, Outgoing, Friendly, Flirty and Focused. She is ambitious and her fashion career and other projects at times take over her crime fighting life. She can usuallly be seen (in costume or not) with a cell phone ear piece in her ear.

Appearance Summary: Golden blonde hair that comes down to her hips. Crystal blue eyes and an amazing tan. She's very beautiful and has caught the eyes of many men and women but she is totally oblivious to her own beauty. She usually wears pink shiney lip gloss and dark eyeliner.

Special Equipment : She makes all of her own costumes so she can easily go from the office to fighting crime. Almost all her outfits are weather resistant and have a tendancy to be fire and ice proof.
